How can I buy Odeclás products?

Register as a user using your name and a password to access the client pages.  Once registered, navigate to our online shop to find the right Odeclás products for you.  Once you’ve selected a product, size and quantity choose your preferred method of payment.  To complete your purchase, enter a delivery address and you should receive your Odeclás order within 72 hours (3 working days). 

 

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept these three methods of payment:

Credit or debit card payment via the Servired payment gateway.


cajamar

Bank transfer using Odeclás bank account details which we will offer you at the end of your order.


paypal

How can I follow up my order?

Once you register, you can login to your profile via the CUSTOMER AREA link and check the status of your orders as well as your personal details.

 

What are the delivery costs?

The cost of delivery is as follows:

All men’s swimwear and all women’s swimwear in size SX weighs less than 100g. 

All other products weigh between 110g and 125g approximately. 

Delivery costs include tax.

Orders sent with ASM will be delivered by hand to the address given by the customer.  If there is no-one to receive delivery of the order; ASM will contact the customer using the number given to arrange re-delivery.  

ASM will send a progress tracking e-mail to the customer once the order is complete. 

 

Can I return an order?

If you placed an order with www.odeclassport.com and you’re not happy with the product you can exchange it for a different model or receive a full refund.

Send a message to info@odeclassport.com and we will notify you of the refund process.  The first step will be to return your order as instructed, paying for the cost of the return delivery.

The product should have all its labels attached and there should be no sign of use. 

Once received, we will ensure the product is in the correct condition and then return the cost of your original order or arrange the free delivery of a different model, as per your request.

 

Can I change sizes?

If you have received your order and are not happy with the size, don't worry, we will cover the costs for purchases made in Spain and Portugal (mainland only).  Send an email to info@odeclassport.com stating your order number, name, telephone number, model number, size of the received order and the size for which you would like to exchange it (if your chosen product is out of stock in your requested size you can chose an alternative model). 


Once your email has been received, we will send a courier to collect the product you want to exchange and deliver the order in the new size.  The product you wish to exchange should be in it's original condition, with the corresponding tags and packaging.  You have 10 days to make an exchange.

 

Can I customise a swimsuit?

Yes, Odeclás offers you a customisation service, for groups and organisations as well as for individuals.  See the CUSTOMISATION page at www.odeclassport.com or send an e-mail to info@odeclassport.com with your request.
