Can I return an order?
If you have placed an order on www.odeclassport.com and want to return it, the return process is as follows:
Pack your items securely and include the delivery note or order reference (if you don't have it, you can find it in your private client area on our website) or you can provide it to us via email by writing to info@odeclassport.com.
The first step will be to send us the order you want to return to the following address:

Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, Odeclas will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery.
Within a period of between 3 and 12 business days from when we receive your package in our warehouses, the refund for the item will be processed.
The product must be returned with its corresponding label and without signs of having been used.
